About the role
We're adding a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to keep a busy bench running smoothly. You'll handle Rx entry, third-party billing, inventory and returns, phones, and patient service. Start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Enter and process prescriptions in Fillware Adjudicate third-party claims and resolve rejections Prepare labels, packing, blister packs as needed Manage inventory, ordering, and returns Answer phones and support patients at the counter Keep the workspace organized and compliant with privacy and safety standards
Requirements
1+ year as a community pharmacy assistant in Canada Fillware experience preferred or strong pharmacy software skills Solid understanding of ODB and private plans Accurate data entry and reliable follow-through Clear, professional communication with patients and team
Schedule
Part-time 15 to 30 hours per week Weekdays with occasional evening or weekend shift Onsite in Thornhill
