We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and tracking medication supplies Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and directing patients appropriately Prepare prescription labels and ensure accuracy of medication orders Maintain accurate records of medication transactions and patient information Support administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including proper storage of medications Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth pharmacy operations

Skills

Previous pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions and inventory Compassionate approach to patient care and support Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
