What You Bring to the Team

Minimum 3 years of Canadian Pharmacy Experience working in a Canadian community pharmacy (Required).

Pharmacy Assistant course (preferred)

Experience with

Kroll / Telus Pharmacy Software

(

preferred

) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent English communication, organizational, and time management skills A team player with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Fluent in English

Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Deliver warm, professional service to every patient. Accurately verify, interpret, and input prescription information. Prepare, package, and dispense medications with precision. Utilize

Kroll Pharmacy Software

for data entry and third-party adjudication. Manage prescription orders, handle pickups, and respond to inquiries. Maintain and clean the

Robot Count Assist automated dispensing system

. Support inventory and product ordering processes. Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy owner or on-duty pharmacist.
