CPAK is a division of Shoppers that prepares the medication packs that are distributed at the stores to patients. This centralized production of these packs enables the pharmacist and team at store to spend their time focusing on what is important - the patient! Working with the team, you will be responsible to ensure that the prepared CPAKs are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. We pride ourselves in having awesome team spirit! We are hiring an Order Confirmation Pharmacy Assistant.

Reporting directly to the Inventory Management, Team Lead, you will be responsible for performing day to day operations regarding order confirmation, customer service and data entry tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound calls to the stores to verify the compliance pack orders.
  • Enter prescriptions count, batch information and confirmations into the record.
  • Assist store associates and pharmacists with transmission issues during order automation.
  • Provide high level of customer service to store staff.
  • Work closely with internal pharmacist team to escalate any issues.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Provide written updates on issues as and when required.
What you'll need:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of drug names
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate through a variety of computer systems quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills (for the entry of prescriptions)
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods of time
  • Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility with shift timing
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a fast-paced call centre setting
