Pharmacy Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic candidate to join our team at our Edgemont Village location. Previous experience is required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Previous experience with Kroll and compounding would be considered an asset.
This position is a permanent part-time position, must be able to work 3 shifts a week (including a weekend, as necessary), with a potential to move to permanent full-time.
Perform pharmacy assistant duties, including, but not limited to are:
Customer Care - answering calls, attending to customer needs, etc. Process, prepare, and compound prescriptions Maintain prescription and inventory record keeping systems using Kroll Maintain proper drug storage and security Prepare and settle third party insurance claims and records Other pharmacy assistant duties as per pharmacist requirements
