Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining accurate medication records.
- Prepare and package medications for patients.
- Perform inventory management and stock medication shelves.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
- Enter prescription information into the pharmacy computer system accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Kroll pharmacy software
