Teach comprehensive
Pharmacy Assistant
courses, covering topics such as pharmacology, compounding, dispensing, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments that simulate real-world pharmacy environments. Provide constructive feedback and support to students, tracking their progress and ensuring their understanding of complex concepts. Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in pharmacy operations to ensure curriculum relevance. Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proven experience in training, mentoring, or teaching preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
