Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications and health products. Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and assist with stock management. Process prescriptions and manage medication orders while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff. Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Experience

Previous experience in a community pharmacy is required, showcasing familiarity with patient care processes. Efficiency with KROLL Filipino language speaking is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support. Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 40 per week
