Position Snapshot

Status:

Permanent, full?time (36-40?h/week) No evenings, Sundays, or statutory?holiday shifts

Compensation:

$23?-?$28?per hour

What You'll Do

Enter new and refill prescriptions accurately in Kroll, validating patient, prescriber, and third?party data Generate labels, blister?pack sheets, and required documentation for prescriptions Communicate with prescribers' offices to clarify orders or resolve data?entry discrepancies Assist with third?party billing and prescription release to patients Support inventory counts, receiving, and expiry checks Uphold confidentiality, NAPRA, and college standards throughout the workflow Contribute ideas to streamline our growing central?fill/outsourcing operation

What You Bring

3?+?years of recent pharmacy assistant experience focused on prescription data entry

Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software (Kroll preferred) Working knowledge of third?party insurance, DIN look?ups, and SIG abbreviations Preparing and dispensing medications with accuracy and efficiency. Detail?oriented mindset; able to manage high?volume input without sacrificing accuracy Clear, professional communication with patients, prescribers, and teammates Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering inquiries and guiding patients.
