Create Compounding Pharmacy is looking for an exceptional
Pharmacy Assistant
to join our growing team!We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that expanded into a new world class facility in Port Coquitlam. Our facility is fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and offers sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding.
Comprehensive training will be provided in detail for the successful applicant.
We are looking for the following qualities:
Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Kroll experience - at least 1 year Experiense as a Pharmacy assistant - at least 2 years
As a Pharmacy Assistant you will:
Call Centre Department
? Data capturing and entry
? Processing orders and prescriptions in Kroll
? Liaising with patients and clients over the phone
? Processing payments where required
? Assisting walk-in clients with prescriptions
? Answering phone calls
? Liaising with Customers, prescribers and various stakeholders
? Creating patient profiles in Kroll
? Assisting in maintenance of products on the veterinary website
? Assisting in processing orders through the veterinary website
? Assisting logistics team with additional delivery information when needed
? Any other appropriate pharmacy assistant duties (human/veterinary)
