Enter client information in databases Help pharmacists Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products Maintain prescription records Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products Help with scheduling and workflow Bill third party insurers Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation Maintain supplies Perform general clerical duties Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments Order supplies and equipment Organize and maintain inventory Schedule and confirm appointments Stock shelves and display areas Use computer software to assess customer files for completeness Check prescriptions for proper dosage Calculate billing charges Place stock on shelves

Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.) Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees

Support for Indigenous people
