We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medications to patients. Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory levels by restocking medications and supplies as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures. Support the medication administration process by preparing prescriptions for patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care outcomes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Pharmacy technician experience is a plus, with knowledge of medication management practices. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals. Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
