Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Pharmacist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense and review prescriptions in compliance with legal and professional standards Provide patient counseling on medications, side effects, dosage, and health management Conduct medication reviews and offer clinical guidance to patients and healthcare providers Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Participate in health promotion services (e.g., vaccinations, screenings, medication therapy management) Communicate with other health care professionals within the circle of care to provide customer care

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists Strong knowledge of medications, interactions, and pharmaceutical calculations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
