We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic pharmacist to provide support at

Millennium Pharmacy

, which has been a well-established community pharmacy for over a decade. The chosen candidate will be able to work in a friendly, well-staffed environment. A very competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the chosen candidate, along with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Fill prescriptions and check prescriptions filled by pharmacy assistants to ensure proper procedures have been followed.

Consult patients on their prescription drugs, supplements, over-the-counter medications etc.

If necessary, consult with physicians and other medical personnel before dispensing medications to patients.

Adhere to relevant regulations, legislation's and laws regarding the dispensing of medications and the general operations of the pharmacy

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Prior experience with Kroll is valuable and preferred

Strong customer/patient satisfaction orientation

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work efficiently as a member of a fast-paced team

Requirements:

License/Certification: Pharmacy License with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists (required)

Job Types: Full-time Pharmacist

Experience: Pharmacist: 2 years

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Qualifications :

Licensed and in good standing with the

College of Pharmacists Manitoba

Bachelors in Science, Pharmacy Excellent strategic planning, leadership and communication The ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations The ability to work independently Experience with Kroll software
