Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team & become a pharmacy manager.
Duties
Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications. Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Monitor patient medication therapies for efficacy, safety, and adherence, making recommendations as necessary.
Experience
Licensed with Ontario College of Phamacists Familiarity with Filware software Knowledge of compounding
Fridays 9-6pm
2 Saturdays per month 10-2pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50.00 per hour
