What You'll Do

Provide patient-centered, clinical pharmacy services -- from dispensing to counselling to prescribing within your scope. Build trusted relationships with patients, their families, and our wider healthcare team. Collaborate daily with other professionals on-site (nurses, NPs, physicians, physio, mental health practitioners, and more). Work on an amazing team to provide fast, friendly and professional dispensing Actively participate in professional services and identify opportunities to expand patient care. Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and privacy in all dispensing and record-keeping. Support and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with OCP (new grads welcome -- mentorship available). Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. A genuine passion for healthcare, community service, and going above and beyond for patients. Comfort with technology and pharmacy systems (we use Kroll). A collaborative mindset -- we're all here to help each other succeed.

Professional Fees Paid For

- Oak will reimburse OCP annual licensing and insurance fees for full-time pharmacists!

Pay: $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
