Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Community pharmacy. This role is vital in ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications. Prepare and dispense medications, including compounding when necessary, in accordance with established protocols. Provide patient education on medication usage, side effects, and interactions to promote adherence and safety. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized medication plans for patients. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active pharmacist license. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
