Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Community Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, customer service, and building strong relationships within the community. As a Pharmacist, you will ensure the safe and effective use of medications while delivering an exceptional pharmacy experience that prioritizes health, trust, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness of therapy.
Provide clear and compassionate counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
Offer health advice, OTC recommendations, and preventive care services to customers.
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes.
Deliver clinical services such as vaccinations, medication reviews, and health screenings.
Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in Ontario.
Community pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and patient counseling best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
