Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team for casual/relief or part time. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. The Pharmacist will be responsible for medication administration, providing drug information, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

This position would be best suited for an individual who would like occasional employment or one shift per week.

Responsibilities



Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy. Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently. Monitor patient medication therapies for efficacy and safety. Provide patient counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and inventory management. Stay updated on medical terminology and current pharmacy practices.

Requirements



Active pharmacist license with OCP. Experience in retail and community Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
