We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications. Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring proper dosage and administration routes. Provide patient education on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Monitor patient responses to medications and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans based on individual needs.

Requirements

Active pharmacist license in ONTARIO Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. MUST be able to commute to parry sound PropelRx experience Flexible schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65.00-$68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
