We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail pharmacy , experience with Kroll paperless is a big asset and self Motivated

Duties

Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications. Prepare and dispense medications, while adhering to safety protocols. Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions. Provide clinical consultations to healthcare professionals regarding medication management and medical terminology. Educate patients and their families about medications, including proper administration techniques and potential side effects. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans that optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Beyond hourly pay there will be additional earning opportunities through billable services , they are not mandatory but those interested in participating can.

Qualifications

Active pharmacist license in ontario. Must be injection licensed with valid CPR level C Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
