About Restore Pharmacy

Restore Pharmacy is a new, independent pharmacy at the heart of a unique, integrated health and wellness hub in Ottawa. We are strategically co-located and affiliated with Restore Medical Clinics, a large family practice serving over 20,000 patients, and a premier aesthetic clinic.

Our mission is to provide exceptional, personalized care, with a focus on serving Ottawa's underserved communities. We are more than just a dispensary; we are a key partner in our patients' healthcare journey, offering a range of services from minor ailment prescribing to specialized compounded products and IV vitamin therapies.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Pharmacist Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled clinician with a strong business acumen to manage a pharmacy with a significant, built-in patient base from day one.

As the on-site leader, you will be pivotal in shaping the clinical services, patient experience, and overall success of the pharmacy. This role offers not just a competitive salary but also a genuine opportunity for growth, including the potential for shares in the business for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all dispensing, compounding, and clinical activities, ensuring compliance with OCP standards and all relevant legislation. Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow, inventory, and staffing. Provide patient-centered care, including medication reviews (MedsCheck), immunizations, and consultations for minor ailments. Collaborate closely with physicians and clinicians at Restore Medical Clinics and the on-site aesthetic clinic to ensure seamless, integrated patient care. Champion our mission to serve diverse and underserved communities with culturally competent and accessible care. Drive the growth of the pharmacy by identifying new service opportunities and building strong community relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). 2-5 years of experience in a community pharmacy setting. A strong interest in or background in business management, operations, or entrepreneurship is a significant asset. Enthusiasm for an expanded scope of practice, including a willingness to embrace new clinical services and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building patient relationships. Injection-certified.

What We Offer

A competitive annual salary and benefits package. A unique opportunity for equity/shares in the business. The chance to lead and manage a brand-new pharmacy with a stable, built-in patient base. A collaborative and supportive work environment integrated with a large medical and aesthetic practice. The ability to make a meaningful impact on the health of underserved communities.
