Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. The Pharmacist will be responsible for medication administration, providing medication counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Duties
Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy. Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently. Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions. Monitor patient responses to medications and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient profiles.
Qualifications
Active pharmacist license in the state of Ontario with minimum 1 yr experience. Fillware knowledge as asset. Methadone experience needed. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $48.00-$52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
