We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate pharmacist to join our team and help us provide the highest quality of care to our growing Chinese-speaking community.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Pharmacist fluent in both English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese. The ideal candidate has a strong background in community pharmacy and is passionate about patient care and clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and safely, following all provincial and federal regulations. Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and other clinical services. Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage and oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, dispensing, and supervising pharmacy technicians. Build and maintain strong relationships with our patients and customers. Ensure a positive and respectful work environment for all staff.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Pharmacist in good standing with OCP Proven experience as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting. Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required. Proficiency with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Kroll) and strong computer literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong sense of professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $43.00-$45.00 per hour
