Custom Health Pharmacy Chilliwack, an established pharmacy in Chilliwack, BC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Manage and lead a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications while maintaining a high level of patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medication management services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implement effective inventory control procedures, and liaise with suppliers.
• Stay up to date with current pharmacy regulations, trends, and advancements in pharmaceutical care.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards, demonstrating a commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy.

Job Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the British Columbia College of Pharmacists
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, dispensing procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy management software
