Lawrence Health Pharmacy & Compounding Services is a trusted and top rated community pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized care, innovative compounding solutions, and exceptional service to our patients.

We are currently seeking a

Pharmacist (Locum Position)

to provide

full-time coverage

for a month. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist who enjoys working in a patient-focused, collaborative environment. This temporary role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with our team.

We will give preference to candidates who are open to and would be a good fit for future part-time or full-time opportunities

Position Details



Term:

December 15, 2025 - January 21, 2026

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pharmacy will be closed on all public holidays during the term.

1801 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, Ontario, M1R 2X9

Responsibilities



Provide safe, effective, and professional pharmaceutical care to patients. Accurately dispense prescriptions and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards. Offer patient counseling on medications, therapies, and health management. Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth daily operations. Manage prescription workflow and ensure timely service delivery. Support compounding services when required.

Qualifications



Licensed and in good standing with the

Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)

. Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous compounding pharmacy experience is an asset (but not required).

Compensation



Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Work Location: In person
