Benefits:
Salary range: $65-$70/hour based on experience.
Loyalty bonus of $5,000/year.
5% RRSP/GRSP Match: Additional Dollar to Dollar match towards your RRSP with up to 5% of your base salary.
Clinical performance bonus based on fair measurable objective calculations ranging up to $10,000.

Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions, addressing patient and physician concerns Provide exceptional customer care services, meeting and exceeding the standards of practice Provide comprehensive counselling on prescriptions, OTC products, and health related issues Maintain accurate records in compliance with legislation and standards Oversee and supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable laws Monitor and manage medication inventory
Other duties as required Qualifications/Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing with BC College of Pharmacists. Injection certified. Experience working in a retail community pharmacy. Good leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
