Description:

As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP). Additional Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active registration and pharmacy license with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP). Preferred Qualifications:

RAH experience is preferred. Experience in a large acute care setting is an asset. Competence with Connect Care is preferred. APA is in asset. Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency program and/or advanced clinical pharmacy degree is preferred (e.g. post-baccalaureate Pharm D).
