We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part time Pharmacist to oversee the operations of our pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of medication management, and a commitment to patient care within a community Pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and safety in dispensing medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans
- Maintain accurate records of medication usage and inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to medical protocols and policies.
- Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and industry trends to enhance patient care services.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management protocols.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to patient care and pharmaceutical practices.
- Experience in compounding is an asset but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing pharmacy operations.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment focused on patient outcomes.

Pay: $51.00-$60.00 per hour
