Position Overview:

The successful candidate will act as the

Pharmacy Licensee

, overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a dedicated pharmacy team. You will also have the unique opportunity to grow with the business through a

partnership track

, contributing to both clinical and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all ACP, Health Canada, and Alberta Health regulations. Oversee daily pharmacy operations and patient care services. Provide clinical services including medication reviews, vaccinations, and chronic disease management. Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff. Participate in business strategy, marketing, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Licensed or eligible for licensure with the

Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)

. Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business growth or partnership. Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence.
