Pharmacist

Job Description
Must hold a pharmacist License and registered with OCP as Part A Pharmacist
We are at 55 Proton Street North, our new Pharmacy Building. We are 50 minutes North of Brampton and 25 minutes from Orangeville
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide appropriate counseling on medication usage and potential side effects
- Able to assess for minor ailments and administer vaccines as needed
- Monitor patient responses to medication therapy and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in Canada
- Kroll Paperless software knowledge is an asset but not required.
Pharmacy Hours Monday to Friday 9-6PM and Saturdays 9-4PM
Closed Sundays and Holidays
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing of medications and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or concerns related to medication therapy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Working with a great team of technicians, assistants and front store staff.
Profit Sharing of Professional Services such as Medication Reviews and Minor Ailment Assessments (75/25 Split)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 27 per week
