We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time staff pharmacist to join our highly collaborative, experienced, dynamic and proactive team. Located only a short drive from Simcoe, Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Paris, or Brantford and minutes from the beaches in Southwestern Ontario. Kroll, experienced pharmacy assistant and technician support. Key Responsibilities
:
Performance of prescription technical and therapeutic verification.
Performance of medication reviews and completion of appropriate documentation.
Identification and resolution of actual and potential drug therapy problems during therapeutic verification and/or medication reviews, and completion of appropriate pharmaceutical opinion documentation.
Knowledge and skill surrounding vaccine administration.
Collaboration and delegation for the provision of optimal pharmaceutical care and promoting innovative community pharmacy practice.
Performance of any other duties or activities as mutually agreed upon by both the individual and the designated manager.
Practice within the fullest extent of the scope of practice for pharmacists in Ontario as set forth by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Qualifications/Experience:
Registered Pharmacist (Part A) in excellent standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Experience in community pharmacy practice preferred.
