We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practices and demonstrate exceptional patient service skills. This role involves working closely with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication management and patient care. The Pharmacist will be responsible for compounding medications, conducting patient assessments, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a positive team environment open to new ideas and innovation Ensure compliance with company policies and all ACP Practice Standards, including non-sterile compounding Managing day to day pharmacy operations, including dispensing and administering vaccinations. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to expand your practice into areas such as holistic nutrition, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and travel health
