Job Description

Responsibilities:

- As part of the dispensary team, the successful candidate will help dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients in a clinically focused setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication administration
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions
- Monitor patient drug therapies for efficacy and safety
- Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records
- Provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

- Focus and attention to detail in tasks expected of a dispensing/clinical pharmacist

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members

- APA pharmacist preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to use KROLL pharmacy software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

pharmacist: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

Pharmacist License (required)
