Pharmacist (Part-Time / Full Time/ Flexible Schedule)

Approximately 3 days/week (with potential to increase); flexible 8-hour day or evening shifts available

Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

Pharmacist

to join our team on a part-time or Full Time basis. Flexible scheduling options are available, including standard daytime hours or evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and dispense prescriptions safely and accurately Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions Provide clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals Monitor treatment outcomes and recommend adjustments as needed Collaborate with physicians and care teams on therapy plans Maintain accurate records and manage inventory

Qualifications:

Active and in-good-standing

Pharmacist License in Ontario

Strong clinical knowledge and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
