Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing patient care & provide a management role.
Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions to patients. Conduct medication reviews and ensure appropriate therapy management. Provide counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans. Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust medications as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy in Ontario Canada Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the relevant regulatory body. Strong knowledge of Filware Must have knowledge of compounding must be able to begin immediately
Position to be manager. Flexible days to be discussed as well as rate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50.00 per hour
