About this Position
We are currently looking for a Licensing Analyst to join our Mutual Fund Licensing Department.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle screening Outside Activity (OA) disclosures from licensed agents Assist with keying and processing registration renewals Process form 4 applications Handle inquiries from Regulators related to registrations Process OA forms and related changes in the National Registration Database (NRD) system and checking the status of submitted applications Responsible for handling inquiries from Regulators related to outside activities Process accounting adjustments Review incoming emails in the department email box Assist with submitting non-renewal exclusions on NRD Assist with non-renewal terminations and reporting on NRD Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience Minimum 1 year office experience would be an asset Familiarity of database and mainframe systems an asset understanding of sense of urgency in terms of dealing with regulatory requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of accounting would be an asset Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, problem solving & time management skills with the ability to multi-task Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
