Job Description

Join our Petro Division team in Stettler as a Petroleum Cardlock Assistant! We're looking for a motivated individual to support site operations, sales, and administration while ensuring our facilities and service meet the highest standards.


Position:

Petroleum Cardlock Assistant


Casual:

Less than 24 hours per week


Availability:

Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings


Responsibilities:



Provide outstanding customer service Be familiar with point-of-sale system Complete the administrative duties at the location Ordering parts and supplies for operations as needed Maintain the Stettler Cardlock facility and monitor cardlock reporting Operate a forklift to efficiently organize and maintain warehouse inventory Coordinate and complete deliveries using a flat-deck pickup truck and trailer, ensuring safe and timely transport of materials Collaborate with other locations and with division marketing efforts and participate in advertising responsibilities Adhere to Central Alberta policies, procedures, loss prevention and health and safety programs Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:



High school diploma 1 - 2 years of experience Valid Class 5 Licence Must provide a driver's abstract that meets company standards upon hire Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
