About Us:

We are a growing pet treat manufacturing company dedicated to creating safe, healthy, and high-quality treats for cats and dogs. Our products are made with care and integrity, and we're looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team in producing and packaging our treats.

Position Overview:

The Pet Treat Production & Packaging Associate will play a key role in day-to-day operations, including making single ingredient treats, packaging products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory and shipping preparation. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of dog treats (preparing different protein based treats & chews). Package finished products accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, following safe food handling practices & company standards. Assist with inventory management, including labeling, organizing and restocking. Pick and pack orders according to customer and wholesale requests. Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Support general warehouse and production duties as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production, packaging, or warehouse work is an asset (but not required - training provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions carefully. Comfortable with hands-on work, including repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (freezer boxes, etc.). Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Pay: $17.20-$21.35 per hour
