We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and assisting customers with their purchases. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and sales. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and drive sales. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

Must love animals! Should be able to work at both location Should be able to lift 40lbs+ Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales, including technical sales experience, is advantageous. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone. A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
