Responsibilities
Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs and aftercare. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area. Handle pets safely and comfortably during the grooming process, using restraint techniques when necessary. Lift and carry pets as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming session.
Requirements
Previous experience in pet grooming is required minimum 1 year Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple pets. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure high standards of grooming are met. Flexibility to work various shifts.
