Pour s\'assurer de la diffusion de contenus engageants aupr\xc3\xa8s des parties prenantes de Digital Moment, elle participe tant \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration, \xc3\xa0 la planification qu\'\xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation et au d\xc3\xa9ploiement de strat\xc3\xa9gies de communication int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9es.   • D\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies de contenus multiplateformes annuelles, trimestrielles et mensuelles qui promeuvent la marque et les initiatives de Digital Moment aupr\xc3\xa8s de ses publics cibles;
  • R\xc3\xa9diger des contenus multiplateformes attrayants (sites Internet, m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, infolettres, communiqu\xc3\xa9s de presse, rapports annuels, discours, m\xc3\xa9moires, etc.) en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais, conform\xc3\xa9ment aux meilleures pratiques et au positionnement de la marque Digital Moment;
  • S\'assurer de la coh\xc3\xa9rence de la r\xc3\xa9daction, de l\'\xc3\xa9dition et de la r\xc3\xa9vision de tous les contenus \xc3\xa9crits et traduits;
  • G\xc3\xa9rer la marque Digital Moment sur les plateformes sociales (X [anciennement Twitter], Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn et YouTube), s\'engager avec ses communaut\xc3\xa9s virtuelles et assurer un suivi opportun avec elles via des interactions, en r\xc3\xa9pondant aux messages priv\xc3\xa9s et en mod\xc3\xa9rant les commentaires;
  • Identifier les influenceur.e.s et les ambassadrices.deurs et proposer les meilleures strat\xc3\xa9gies de synergie et de collaboration pour les recruter;
  • Optimiser les outils et les processus pour les demandes de cr\xc3\xa9ation, de production et de r\xc3\xa9vision des contenus;
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er des guides (langues, formats, tonalit\xc3\xa9, visuels, etc.) qui d\xc3\xa9crivent les meilleures pratiques pour la cr\xc3\xa9ation de contenu multicanal;

For over a decade, Digital Moment has been advancing digital literacy by focusing on creating impactful programs and experiences for youth and their communities on digital skills such as coding, algorithm and data literacy, and artificial intelligence. Digital Moment encompasses three educational initiatives: Kids Code Jeunesse, Digital2030, and the Social Innovation Lab. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brands and Communications, the incumbent will play an integral role in the development of Digital Moment\'s multi-channel presence. To ensure the delivery of engaging content to Digital Moment\'s stakeholders, the incumbent will participate in the development, planning, creation and deployment of integrated communications strategies. He/she/they is/are a proactive person who encourages collaboration at all stages of the work and demonstrates a high degree of autonomy. What you\'ll do:
  • Develop annual, quarterly and monthly multi-platform content strategies that promote Digital Moment\'s brand and initiatives to target audiences;
  • Write engaging multi-platform content (website, social media, newsletters, press releases, annual reports, speeches, memoirs, briefs, etc.) in French and English, in accordance with best practices and in line with Digital Moment\'s brand positioning;
  • Ensure consistent writing, editing and proofreading of all written and translated content;
  • Manage the brand and engage with communities on the social platforms (X [formerly Twitter], Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) and ensure timely follow-up with users by interacting with them, responding to private messages and moderating comments;
  • Identify influencers and ambassadors and propose the best synergy and collaboration strategies to approach and execute;
  • Optimize tools and processes for content requests, production and editorials;
  • Create guides (languages, formats, tonality, visuals, etc.) that describe best practices for multi-channel content production;
  • Participate in the identification of performance indicators for Digital Moment\'s communication products and tools, prepare related reports, interpret results, make recommendations and adjustments as needed;

Requirements Votre bagage :

- What you\'ll need:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in communications or public relations;
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Fluency in French at a professional level is essential, as is oral and written English;

  • High level of expertise in writing skills (clarity, creativity, tone), and in copywriting techniques with particular focus for digital platforms (websites, newsletters, emails, SEO);
