What You'll Do:

As a Personal Training Placement Student, you will work closely with the Personal Training and Group Fitness teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our members.



This includes:


Booking of Performance Coach appointments, Group Training & Group Fitness check ins, and recommending appropriate classes and programs based on the member's fitness goals. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of and promoting programs, products and services. Serves as point of contact for Cardio & Fitness Equipment for member "how to" questions and inquiries. Conducting New Member orientation sessions Participating in training and Development, online learning, Departmental meetings Assisting with all administrative tasks relating to the Personal Training team as required

We're looking for an individual who is customer focused and enjoys administrative functions. You have a good knowledge of Health and Fitness programs and are eager to learn more.

The successful candidate will be enrolled in a post secondary program with a focus on Health and Fitness that requires unpaid placement hours to graduate.
