We are seeking

Elite Freelance Personal Trainers

to join our team. This is an opportunity for established fitness professionals to run their own business within the walls of a massive, 200,000-square-foot sanctuary, catering to a discerning, executive-level membership base.

Who We Are Looking For

You are not just a rep-counter; you are a holistic fitness coach. You understand the demands of a corporate lifestyle and know how to build programming that improves longevity, functional movement, and sport-specific performance (specifically tennis, squash, and pickleball).

You possess:

Executive Presence:

You are articulate, punctual, and polished. You are comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals.

Business Acumen:

As a freelancer, you have the drive to build your own book of business, network on the floor, and retain clients through exceptional results.

Technical Mastery:

You have deep knowledge of biomechanics, injury prevention, and periodization.
Responsibilities

Provide world-class 1-on-1 and small group personal training to club members. Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and lifestyle consultations. Design customized, science-backed training programs tailored to individual goals (weight loss, hypertrophy, racquet sport performance, injury rehab). Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor to build rapport and generate leads. Collaborate with club management to enhance the member experience.
Requirements

Certification:

Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, CanFitPro, or University Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science).

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a luxury or private club setting.

Insurance:

Must possess valid personal liability insurance ($2M minimum).

CPR/AED:

Current certification required.

Specialization (Asset):

Experience with racquet sport conditioning (Tennis/Pickleball) or TPI (Golf) certification is a strong advantage.
