Responsibilities
Conduct group and individual fitness classes tailored to various skill levels and goals.
Develop customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness assessments and personal objectives.
Monitor participants during workouts to ensure proper form and technique, providing feedback and encouragement.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance class offerings.
Build strong relationships with clients to promote retention and satisfaction.
Assist with marketing initiatives to promote fitness programs and classes within the community.
Qualifications
Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction from a recognized organization is required.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
