Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading fitness classes, providing personalized training sessions, and fostering a motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with participants effectively, ensuring a positive experience that promotes health and wellness.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging fitness classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Provide one-on-one training sessions, offering personalized guidance and support to clients. Develop and implement fitness programs that align with clients' goals and needs. Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates participants. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as necessary. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely starts and finishes.

Experience

Previous experience in teaching fitness classes or personal training is preferred. Bilingual candidates (English and French) are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions. Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple classes or clients efficiently. Pay: $20.00-$41.00 per hour
