Job Overview


As a Personal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and guidance. You will assess individual fitness levels, educate clients on proper exercise techniques, and provide motivation and support throughout their fitness journey. This position requires a passion for health and wellness, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Duties



Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals. Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of nutrition. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement. Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts to enhance their performance. Maintain a clean and organized training environment. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, challenges, and achievements. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention. Report to Training Director

Skills



Proficient in English; bilingual skills Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively. Background in Physio is a plus. Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate clients towards achieving their fitness goals. Excellent time management skills to efficiently schedule sessions and manage multiple clients. Ability to educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively during training sessions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$40.00 per hour
