Overview

My name is Taylor Soares one of the head trainers at soccer IQ St Leonard in 2026 - I'm looking to bring on a motivated and passionate Trainer/Coach to join my personal team at Soccer IQ Gym Facility in St-Leonard.

You would be working for me and dealing directly with me to book / run your trainings.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who already has some existing clientele and is looking to grow within a supportive environment--without paying rent or signing a long-term contract, a short term contract or long term can be drawn up.

This role offers the chance to build your business, learn new skills, and potentially run athletic training classes for youth, competitive athletes, and pro teams. Mentorship opportunities and shadowing with me ~ who has been working in the industry since 2013.

You bring the talent and the clients you simply earn / charge your own rates per session and provide a small cut to me who is renting the gym and covering the expense of it. I'd be happy to also help you market, build, track your income via excel, provide you resources to help you remain profitable.

What I'm Looking For:

A trainer or coach with some existing clients who wants to continue growing their book of business. Someone eager to learn, especially in areas like youth athletic training and group classes for athletes. A team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Someone who is passionate, driven, and genuinely cares about helping athletes and clients improve. A positive communicator who can represent the culture and energy of AiR Performance & Soccer IQ facility.
Role Responsibilities

Train your clients onsite at Soccer IQ's 3K Facility & indoor 5v5 turf area (5v5 field available when not being rented out by a team) Deliver high-quality personal training sessions in a safe, professional environment. Option to learn and eventually lead athletic development classes for kids, teens, and pro athletes. Maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention and growth. Work closely with the team to ensure a positive environment and smooth operations. Bring strong customer service and professionalism to every session.
Compensation & Structure

No rent required. No long-term contract. Independent contractor structure: You keep your earnings and provide a cut per client/session. Flexible schedule based on your clientele and availability. Full access to the gym, equipment, and turf space for your sessions.
