We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and support. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating clients about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness while fostering a positive and motivating environment. Pay is commission based so all wages depend on the ability to book clients.

Duties

Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. Conduct one-on-one training sessions, providing guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety. Educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain a clean and organized training environment. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and motivate them throughout their fitness journey. Demonstrate leadership by inspiring clients to push their limits and achieve their desired outcomes.

Skills

Personal Training Certification is required or must be acquired before beginning of employment. Strong time management skills to efficiently schedule sessions and manage client progress. Excellent communication skills in English Leadership qualities that foster motivation and accountability among clients. A customer service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Ability to educate clients on various aspects of fitness, including exercise techniques, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
