Anytime Fitness Seton is currently seeking a Certified Personal Trainer who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. As an AF Personal Trainer, you will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants.

Things you will do as a Personal Trainer:
Fitness consultations
1:1 training
Small group training
Group training
Virtual training
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members
Program and implement individualized workouts for members
Energize and motivate members throughout the sessions
Build fitness attendance and retain current members
Ensure the safety of participants
Provide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
Attend weekly/monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns when applicable
Sales and marketing for programming
Proactive outreach to inactive members
Assist in retention efforts
Provide exceptional member service
Assist in the upkeep of the facility, including cleaning
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
Must have current Personal Training Certification
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
Manage time and schedules
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Guaranteed 25 Hours/Week:
You'll receive a guaranteed
25 non-training hours per week
, paid at
$15/hour
, covering essential work such as consultations, client follow-ups, gym upkeep, admin tasks, and event support.
Flexible Earning Potential:
While you're guaranteed 25 non-training hours, you have the opportunity to work up to
40 total hours per week
by adding training sessions to your schedule.
Training Session Commission:
For every session you deliver, you'll earn a
50/50 revenue split
between you and the gym. Please note: the split applies
only to training hours
and does not stack with the hourly non-training rate.
